How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a fixed flat rate, calculated based on your country. Please feel free to use the shipping price checker!
Do I have to pay import duty, taxes, etc.?
For almost all the packages, the answer is no! I will clear the import and taxes with the shipping.
However, there will be a chance some packages might encounter a problem depending on your country. If you ever receive a notification to pay any extra fee, please fell free to contact me!
What is the return policy?
Due to the fact that I am regulating this shop and only working with the shipping company, I won't be able to accept returns due to the fact that it will be too much additional work to ensure I get every order correctly.
However, if there's any damage to the items out of the box, or if there's any issue with shipping, I am most likely willing to resend the items to you for free! Please feel free to contact me if any of these issues come up.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all the purchases will be final sale, unless for damaged or missing packages.
When will I get my order?
For in stock items, you will receive notifications once the item is packed and a tracking number is created. The estimated delivery time will also be included in the order detail.
For all preorders, there will be a time frame listed on the product page before your purchase, and once the items are ready to be shipped, you'll receive a notification updating you with shipping time.
Where are your products manufactured?
The orders are manufactured and shipped from China ( I am Chinese!) I worked with all the manufacturers for years with all of my merchs :)
